I started this blog to document my attempts/quests in sorting out various things in my life ranging from my weight-loss plans to my career. I have kept it anonymous as of now. I am a little self-conscious, especially in the cyber world. I am 27 and currently weigh approx 75 kilos/165 pounds. My goal weight is 55 kilos which I hope to reach this year.

The purpose of this blog is to document my journey towards attaining my healthy weight. And I have not logged anything since I have not worked out or controlled my binge eating. I have been reading through a lot of amazing fitness blogs out there and reblogging. I have lots of inspiration and success stories to look up to. But why am I not able to emulate those??
