30 Day Challenge
I am starting a 30 day Challenge wherein I wiill squeeze in a work out every single day and eat healthy. 4 Cheat/Rest days. I am going to do a workout video every day. And go running atleast thrice a week.
My ideal weight
I am trying to not call it my weight loss goal but more of my idea of the ideal weight. I am 5 4” tall and I want to weigh 55 kilos. I am a vegetarian. I live in India and rice is part of my staple diet (which I am trying to avoid). I do have problems with portion control and binge eating. But I intend to sort this by the kilo.
